Âm nhạc Suicide Squad: Điệp vụ cảm tử

Tháng 5 năm 2020, John Murphy được giao việc soạn nhạc cho phim.[3] Ban đầu, Tyler Bates, người từng viết nhạc cho các phim trước đó của James Gunn, đã gắn bó với việc soạn nhạc cho The Suicide Squad, nhưng cuối cùng ông đã rời dự án. Trong quá trình tiền sản xuất, Bates đã viết nhạc để Gunn sử dụng trên phim trường, giống như ông đã từng làm cho Gunn với chuỗi phim Guardians of the Galaxy.[4]
